Our team brings experience from defense aerospace and major technology companies. We have worked on military platforms, enterprise cloud infrastructure, and AI-driven systems at scale. We learned how defense systems are built, fielded, and sustained. We also learned where the acquisition process creates gaps that software can fill faster than hardware programs ever will.
EdgeLance combines the operational understanding of defense systems with the engineering velocity of commercial technology. The result is mission software that works on hardware operators already carry, runs AI locally without cloud dependency, and treats disconnected operations as the default, not the exception.

Build what works disconnected
If it requires a cloud connection to be useful, it will fail when it matters most. Local-first is not a fallback mode. It is the design center.

EdgeLance is a U.S.-owned and operated company. All software development, AI model integration, and mission architecture are performed domestically. We use open-weight AI models that, once downloaded, are permanently available on government-owned hardware regardless of any vendor decision. No foreign ownership. No foreign dependency. No vendor kill switch.
